God made people to praise and enjoy Him.
God made people different than animals, because we can think, love, and know God. Animals can't sin because they can't choose between right and wrong. People, however, are responsible for wrong things we do, because God made us to know right from wrong.
God created the first people, Adam and Eve, perfect without sin. But after Adam and Eve disobeyed God, we all have been sinners. We each have done wrong things, like lying, being mean, and disobeying our parents. God created us to know and love Him, but sin separates us from the holy, perfect God.
