Where does God live?

Here's the answer:

God's home is heaven, but He is everywhere at once.

People can only be in one place at a time, but God isn't like us. God doesn't have a body. Time and space can't stop Him. He is everywhere! This is called omnipresence, because God is all-present (in all places).

God can answer the prayer from a girl in China while comforting you when you're sad. He listens to our praise in church, but He also watches how we act on the playground. God is with us wherever we go, so we can be sure that He is always watching and caring for us.

Bible Truth

"How can I get away from your Spirit? Where can I go to escape from you? If I go up to the heavens, you are there. If I lie down in the deepest parts of the earth, you are also there. Suppose I were to rise with the sun in the east and then cross over to the west where it sinks into the ocean. Your hand would always be there to guide me. Your right hand would still be holding me close" (Psalm 139:7–10).

"He is the God who made the world. He also made everything in it. He is the Lord of heaven and earth. He doesn't live in temples built by hand" (Acts 17:24).
