Did God create hell?

Here's the answer:

God originally created hell for Satan and his demons.

God created everything, including hell. When God originally created hell, He created it as a place for Satan and his demons (Matthew 25:41). Hell is a place of punishment for the wicked. Believers don’t have to be afraid of hell because we will go to heaven when we die.

Everything that ever was or is or will be is created by God, including hell (Colossians 1:16). John 1:3 says, "All things were made through him. Nothing that has been made was made without him."

Hell is a real place God created to punish all wickedness. If you have believed in Jesus, then you have nothing to be afraid of. If you have not believed in Jesus, you can accept Him today by believing that He died for the bad things you have done, that He was buried, and that He rose again (John 3:16-17; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4).
