God has given us many ways to enjoy our life and have fun!
Does God want us to have fun? God has created a beautiful world for us to enjoy, with lots of fun things to do, and it makes Him happy to see us enjoying the things He has given us! You can build sandcastles at the beach, play sports with your friends, go on rides at a carnival, or play catch with your dog. You can bake cookies with your mom, play a board game, go bowling, act in a play, or sing silly songs with your little brother. These are just a few of the ways you can have fun without breaking any of God's rules, and there are so many more things we could have listed!
Sometimes people get involved in sinful activities like going to bad parties or clubs where people don't care about God and what He says. They might say they are having fun doing those things and going to those places. But going against God's plan only brings sadness in the end. If your friends are involved in this kind of "fun," don't go along with them!
Ask God to show you how to enjoy life and have fun in ways that are pleasing to Him, and invite your friends to join you!
