What does the Bible say about eating junk food?
Here's the answer:

The Bible never directly talks about eating junk food. However, the Bible does talk about taking good care of our bodies.
Things that are normally labeled "junk food" are sugary, fatty foods such as pizza, candy, and ice-cream. Since these foods are not seen as needed or nutritional, many people call them “junk food.” While no food is junk food because we need to be thankful for all foods, many people refer to certain foods as “junk food.” Even though junk foods might not be the best for us, it is not sinful to eat them.
Junk food only becomes sinful when we are being gluttons (Proverbs 23:20), which means eating too much. This does not only apply to junk food. If we consume anything in excess, including healthy foods, we can be considered gluttons. If you want to eat junk food, that is okay, but don't be a glutton. Eat until you are satisfied, but don't overeat. This can lead to health problems down the road.
Jesus has declared all foods clean, which means all food is clean. This includes junk foods. There are no unclean foods because we are not under the Old Testament laws. Rather, we are members of the New Covenant where Christ has declared all foods clean. Junk foods might not be the best for us, but there is nothing sinful about eating them. We need to always aim for a balanced diet that includes healthy foods.

Bible Truth
"Nehemiah said, 'Go and enjoy some good food and sweet drinks. Send some of it to people who don’t have any. This day is holy to our Lord. So don’t be sad. The joy of the Lord makes you strong'" (Nehemiah 8:10).
"Don’t destroy the work of God because of food. All food is 'clean.' But it’s wrong to eat anything that might cause problems for someone else’s faith" (Romans 14:20).
