What does the Bible say about growing old?

Here's the answer:

The Bible says growing old is a normal, good, and honorable part of life.

As a kid, it's hard to think about growing old. Even though it is strange to think about, you will grow old one day. It is nothing to be scared of. All of us get old one day. The Bible tells us that gray hair is like a crown on our head (Proverbs 16:31; 20:29). This means it is a true blessing and a true honor to grow old enough to have gray hair.

Despite the fact that getting old means you have lived for a long time, life is still short compared to forever (James 4:14). Nobody can live forever in this earthly life. However, we can all have eternal life if we believe in Jesus. Even though we will die one day, if we believe in Jesus, we will live forever with Him. This life is temporary, but life with Jesus will be forever.

Getting old can be scary, but don't be afraid. As you get older, you won't be as scared of aging. You will learn more and experience so many things. Instead of looking at the negative side of getting older, look at the positive side. With each year you get older, you will learn even more about God. You will grow up and be a great follower of the Lord.
