What does the Bible say about nutrition?
Here's the answer:

While the Bible doesn't talk about nutrition, it does talk about us taking care of our bodies.
When we think of nutrition, we think of calories, fats, and vitamins. These types of things are not mentioned in the Bible. It doesn't tell us the scientific reason behind nutrition or the benefits of certain foods. As an example, there is nothing in the Bible that tells us that whole wheat bread is better than white bread. Rather than talking in these scientific terms, the Bible does talk about the importance of taking good care of our bodies.
We are only given one body, and we need to glorify God through it. The Bible tells us we are God's workmanship (Ephesians 2:10). This means that we need to take proper care of our bodies. Since this is true, we need to fuel our body with the correct nutrition. We can do this by eating three healthy meals a day and drinking plenty of water.
God is the One who gives us all of our food and nutrition. He provides the plants that grow and causes the wheat to grow. It is only because of God that we have daily provisions and adequate food. We can all praise God for giving us what we need both spiritually and physically.

Bible Truth
"He provides food for the cattle. He provides for the young ravens when they cry out" (Psalm 147:9).
"We are God’s creation. He created us to belong to Christ Jesus. Now we can do good works. Long ago God prepared these works for us to do" (Ephesians 2:10).
