Does the Bible say anything about how to deal with puberty?

Here's the answer:

The Bible does tell us that puberty involves growing up and gaining more wisdom through guidance.

Puberty can be a stressful time for a person. It is when a child starts to develop into an adult. For girls, the average age of puberty is 11, and for boys, the average age is 12. There are a lot of changes that happen during puberty, and it can be scary since it happens so fast. If you are about to go through puberty or are going through puberty now, know that you are not alone. Everyone has to go through puberty, and it is nothing to be ashamed of.

During Bible times, puberty was seen as the start of being an adult. Puberty is a time when we give up childish ways and start thinking like adults (1 Corinthians 13:11). It is also the time we start thinking more wisely, and we can learn things on a deeper level. By the time you go through puberty, you will be smarter, taller, and more mature.

In the book of Proverbs, we see a father talking to his son. His son was about to become a man, and he wanted to teach his son the right way to live. He did not want his son to become a lazy man who did nothing with his life. Instead, he wanted him to be all he could be. Our parents will also help us throughout puberty and teach us the right way to go. If you are ever afraid or you need guidance, turn to God and your parents. They can help you go in the right direction.

"My son, obey my words. Store up my commands inside you. Obey my commands and you will live. Guard my teachings as you would guard your own eyes" (Proverbs 7:1–2).
