What does it mean that Jesus loves the little children?

Here's the answer:

Does Jesus love kids like you? Yes! He loves you and thinks you're important.

Have you heard the song, "Jesus Loves the Little Children"? It goes like this:

     Jesus loves the little children
All the children of the world
     Red and yellow
     Black and white
They are precious in His sight.
     Jesus loves the little children
     Of the world.

The Bible tell us that Jesus thinks kids are important and He treats them with love. When He was on earth, He took the time to bless them individually.

Mark 10:13-14, 16 says: "People were bringing little children to Jesus. They wanted him to place his hands on them to bless them. But the disciples told them to stop. When Jesus saw this, he was angry. He said to his disciples, 'Let the little children come to me. Don’t keep them away. God’s kingdom belongs to people like them.' ...Then he took the children in his arms. He placed his hands on them to bless them."

Jesus also healed many kids: healing them from being sick (John 4:46-52), casting out demons (Mark 7:24-30; 9:14-27), and raising at least one child from the dead (Luke 8:40-56).

The Bible is clear, Jesus loves the little children of the world.

Bible Truth

"Jesus called a little child over to him. He had the child stand among them. Jesus said, 'What I’m about to tell you is true. You need to change and become like little children. If you don’t, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Anyone who takes the humble position of this child is the most important in the kingdom of heaven'" (Matthew 18:2-4).
